Good fast food.

A must eat at! If you want amazing food!This place is only second to chilli dogs!

When I ordered Ebi curry, the fried shrimp was partially cold inside, which a little bit scared me. Food is average. A cashier’s quick glance w/ frowned face at me was a bit uncomfortable.

They have awesome chicken teryaki and affordable sushi

Very delicious katsu pork curry for its price. The piece of katsu is outstanding , very good quality pork which tastes amazing and juicy even without the curry sauce. Portion is very good too ! Highly recommended .

One of my go to lunch spots. It's quick and the food is quite tasty. The dishes are around $10 each and I usually get the chicken teriyaki or the pork curry. The curry is more filling and seems to be a better bang for you buck in terms of feeling full, but the chicken teriyaki is also pretty good. It's basic, but done well. The staff there is always friendly and I always enjoy going there.

“Japanese fast food restaurant” is right! My food arrived so quickly!!! I was hungry and did not have a lot of time to wait for food. The food was very fresh and very crunchy! People who works there, they were so friendly and this place is budget friendly place! I will come again with my friends. Small place so I would not recommend big groups only 2~4 people.

Fastest service I've encountered to date. I think it was less the 5 minutes from placing my order to me getting out the door and back to my office

Staff is super sweet, always. Love their sushi to go rolls - specifically the yam roll which is delicious and a great bang for your buck!

Good variety and taste FOR THE PRICE. if you're looking for fine dining or healthy options this isn't the place. It's fast food and is prepared somewhat similar to other fast food joints where they have a lot of food already cooked and they just throw it together. That's also why it's super speedy. Good place to go if you're on a break during work or if you just don't feel like paying too much for sustenance. I recommend the curry. Sushi isn't bad either!

Best #2 deep fried pork cutlet curry rice: exceptionally juicy pork! Curry is not spicy at all but nice to eat with the rice, though I personally prefer more spicy. A good alternative amongst Japanese restaurant on Robson Street!

Use to like this place lot a year ago. Today had the chance to come back again. I got the Mega Bowl. Found out the price has increased. The quality of food has drop a little. But still an OK place if you work near by just try to grab a lunch.

Amazing value for the portion of food you get. Great for office people on the run during lunch break, or anyone looking for good japanese fast food. Dishes are quite tasty and goes beyond what you'd expect at that price point. Service is great too.

Tried the Katsu Curry, deep fried pork cutlet with Japanese curry on rice. Fast and delicious, unexpectedly good! My friend tried the Ebiten bowl, really good too.

I ordered one katsu curry udon but right after the first bite i discovered a streak of hair in between the crispy layer and the meat part. They told me they r gonna make a new one but seemed like they completely forgot about it. For sanitary reason, i do not recommend this restaurant. It was not a pleasant experience. (Plus, the curry was very watery)

Mega bowl tastes good, good mapo dofu, good tempura, good takoyaki. Service is fast.

I ordered "8oz Steak Bowl", but the picture's one came. Looks completely different and fxxk. I doubted a different dish was served.Furthermore, the taste was worst. It was cooked, but temperature was warm(almost cold!). I wonder when they made it. 30min ago? I felt taste is bad after a long time...I like Katsu-curry and Udon, but I was totally disappointed the new menue.I already know this restaurant's quality is cheep, but I've never expected these lowest quality...

It was use to be good but now it is not good anymore. I ordered mega bowl the chicken was overcooked and dried.Tempura was really bad. service was not good. I am so sad they changed.

Delicious rice bowls and they work really fast at lunch time. No messing around as I got my rice bowl in a few minutes.

I was honestly pretty impressed. It doesn’t seem like someplace that would have really good food or quick service. There was no wait! It was a decent amount for what we paid and it was really satisfying. I’d definitely go back! I’m really glad I took the extra time to stop in.Some things to note:It’s a bit lower end. Pretty easy to over look. There are tons of food places on Robson but I think this one’s gotta be on you list to try. You do need to bus your own dishes, not sure if that’s a draw back for some people.There aren’t a ton of options on the menu. It’s a pretty small place; I wouldn’t go in expecting a ton of variety.For the low price, the quality and selection are pretty good :)

Comfort Asian rice and noodle dishes, plus a selection of premade sushi, salads and appetizers. It may look busy but they move VERY fast. Not a lot of good vegetarian options.

Ebi-Ten is a Japanese fast-food restaurant that serves rice and noodle bowls, as well as small appetizers and sushi for grab and go if you're in a hurry. We've been loyal customers for 10+ years! Their beef yaki-udon and katsu curry are my favorites. Service is friendly and fast, each order takes less than 10mins. Quality of food is excellent. Best of all, a meal with a drink will only cost you around $14 including tax and tips. It beats any other fast-food restaurant in downtown Vancouver. Note: they are closed on Sundays.

Amazing food! Always fresh, great portion sizes and well priced. The Mega Bowl is the best, they nail the tempura every time - delicious!! My favorite place to eat on my lunch break. Good location, friendly staff. Thanks guys!

Fast and cheap

My second time ordering from Ebi-ten. Rice was cold, prawn tempura and the other one was not crispy at all and the vegetable was unfresh.

New menu, much reduced item list, food is still the same, but the prices went up and the portion sized shrunk. Better deals available now around here.Old review below.Cheap prices, above average fare makes this a place to hit when you need food and you need it fast. Nothing special bout the fast style Japanese food on display, but it comes quickly and is filling. Service is order at the counter and find a table, so don't expect to be waited on. Otherwise the foods hot, and decent.

Staff are friendly. I got the curry pork to go and food came out fast. Food was quite tasty too. If you are looking for somehting fast and easy I would highly recommend.

I'm going to Ebi-Ten probably once a week for the last 5 years. I just love the food and the staff there. It might looks like a fast food because it's cheap and quick BUT it is as good if not better than most of the traditional japanese restaurant in Vancouver.

Reasonable price and delicious food. Their ready-to-eat lunchbox is super cheap. Also fast order and serve. Always long lineup during lunch time.
